Refund & Return Policy

At OBJKT, we stand behind every product we ship. If something is not right with your order, we will work to resolve it fairly and efficiently. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept eligible return or replacement requests when:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product remains unused and in its original condition.

  • The product does not show signs of installation, wear, damage, or misuse.

  • Original packaging and included accessories are available.

  • Valid proof of purchase is provided.

  • Supporting evidence is provided where required.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required to verify claims involving damage, missing items, incorrect products, or transit-related issues. In the absence of an unboxing video, OBJKT Commerce reserves the right to request additional evidence before approving a claim.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement request may be approved where:

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

  • A product arrives damaged in transit.

  • A product has a manufacturing defect.

  • A product is materially different from its website description.

  • A phone case does not fit the device model ordered, provided the correct model was selected during purchase.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Request raised after 7 days of delivery.

  • Product has been used, installed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, drops, pressure, heat, liquids, or external factors.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, finish, packaging, or appearance resulting from photography, lighting, screen settings, or production batches.

  • Change of mind.

  • Personal preference.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Buyer's remorse.

  • Incorrect device model selected by the customer.

  • Claims unsupported by reasonable evidence where requested.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events, or discounted offers where the reason for return is personal preference or change of mind.

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products remain covered under this policy regardless of promotional pricing.

4. How To Request A Return Or Replacement

To submit a request:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for request

  • Clear photographs

  • Relevant supporting evidence

  • Unboxing video where available

Our team generally responds within 24–48 business hours.

Do not self-ship any product unless instructed by our team.

5. Inspection & Approval

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to review and approval.

Where a product is returned, it may be inspected upon receipt.

If a returned product is found to be:

  • Used

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Altered

  • Different from the claimed condition

OBJKT Commerce reserves the right to reject the claim.

OBJKT Commerce also reserves the right to reject claims where fraud, abuse, misuse of the return process, or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.

6. Resolution Options

Where a claim is approved, we may provide one of the following resolutions:

Replacement

A replacement product may be shipped at no additional charge.

Store Credit

If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued for future purchases.

Store credit remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Refund

Where a replacement is unavailable or otherwise deemed appropriate by OBJKT Commerce, a refund may be issued.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Refund Method

Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed to a bank account provided by the customer.

Customers may be required to provide account-holder verification details before processing.

8. Return Shipping

Where the claim arises from:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Transit damage

  • Our operational error

OBJKT Commerce will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other approved return scenario, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

To request cancellation, contact:

If the order has not been dispatched:

  • Full refund will be issued.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.

10. Repeated Refusal Of COD Orders

OBJKT Commerce reserves the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for customers who repeatedly refuse delivery of confirmed COD orders.
