At OBJKT, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or tracking notification.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, sales events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

Remote or Rural Locations: 7–10 business days
These delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
OBJKT Commerce shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or external events.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is currently free on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India.
OBJKT Commerce reserves the right to introduce, modify, or remove shipping charges, minimum order requirements, or promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice.
Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible pin codes and order values.
COD availability is determined at checkout based on:

Courier serviceability

Delivery location

Order value
-
Product category
-
Internal risk and fraud-prevention checks
OBJKT Commerce reserves the right to disable COD for specific products, locations, orders, or customers at its discretion.
If COD is unavailable for your location, only prepaid payment options will be displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or WhatsApp, where applicable.
You may also contact our support team at team@objkt.store for assistance regarding your shipment status.
Please allow reasonable time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make up to three (3) delivery attempts before returning a shipment to us.
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons including but not limited to:

Incorrect address

Incomplete address

Recipient unavailable
-
Refused delivery
-
Unreachable customer
the shipment may be returned to our facility.
In such cases:

We may contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

If re-delivery is not possible or requested, any refund issued may be reduced by applicable shipping, handling, return-to-origin, or courier charges.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Please ensure that your:

are complete and accurate before placing an order.
OBJKT Commerce shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Address modifications may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend that you either:

Refuse delivery; or

Clearly record the issue with the delivery personnel before accepting the package.
If you accept a damaged package, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing team@objkt.store with:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the package and product

Relevant supporting evidence, including an unboxing video where available
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review or resolution.
9. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by our courier partner, OBJKT Commerce will, at its discretion:

Provide a replacement product; or
-
Issue a refund to the original payment method (or bank account in the case of eligible COD refunds).
Investigation and verification timelines may vary depending on the courier partner's procedures.
10. International Shipping
Currently, OBJKT ships within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
